Expanding Opportunities and Developments

We are currently the main contractor for the Nam Hai Four Seasons Hotel Resort, overseeing the construction of 60 villas and public areas, with responsibility for everything from structural work to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). In 2025, we will continue upgrading the villas at the resort.

Strategic outlook, we are significantly expanding our project portfolio. In addition to ongoing developments in the Nam Hai area, we are exploring potential projects in Cat Ba such as hotel, resorts and other hospitality.

Moreover, our expansion into Hanoi will involve large-scale hotel renovations and construction projects, focusing on both public areas and guest accommodations. Our comprehensive approach will cover everything from structural upgrades to full FF&E supply and management.
